Very disappointed. I would like a full refund or a bag that locks please.

You get more than you paid for

What a quality and versatile product! You can tell they haven’t skimped on the materials and the build with this thing being totally sturdy and water-proof. I bought a couple because of it’s lockability and the TSA-approved security system is a bonus. Aside from outdoor use it’s now going to be my new travelling companion. I often fly with only a backpack + an extra foldable duffel and this is the perfect substitute for the later as it folds flat. Can’t wait to see my bright yellow crocpak showing itself off at an airport conveyor belt. I bet someone will ask me where I got it from. I reckon I’d get a few dollars if crocpak had an affiliate program because this thing shows itself off. Thanks team. Can’t wait for your next products!
